We process the following personal data as part of camera surveillance and access registration:

The legal basis for this processing is legitimate security interests. The processing is carried out to protect employees and visitors and to prevent crime and fraud, including sabotage and theft of goods.
The retention period for the personal data concerned is a maximum of 4 weeks. In the event of an incident being detected, the images concerned will be retained until the incident has been dealt with.
APPLICANTS AND EMPLOYEES
Applicant data is used exclusively for the purpose for which it was made available, i.e. for recruiting staff. We delete your applicant data no later than 4 weeks after the end of the application process. If we want to keep applicant data for a longer period of a maximum of 1 year after the end of the application process, we ask for your consent.
We store employee data for the purpose of fulfilling the employment contract. The retention period for this personal data extends to the period of fulfillment of the contract and thereafter to at least 7 years, due to the statutory tax retention period.
MINORS
We only process personal data of minors (persons under 16 years of age) if we have the written consent of their parents, guardian or legal representative.
